The princess in me

I bet growing up, you watched one of the many princess cartoons or books like cinderella or princess and the pea. Those princess were so beautiful and life always ended up well. I used to spend hours in my bedroom playing pretend that I am a princess and my knight in shining armour would come and get me from the castle on his mighty white horse.

Though I grew up, I still like to play pretend only now I style my clients and make them feel like real life princess. Brandy and I had an amazing time styling her for her music video shoot.

This gorgeous black and blush number has a white lace bustier and the skirt is big with layers of pink and black organza. Isn’t she beautiful?

If this isn’t proof that your dreams can come true, I do not know what is. Have a royal day, princess!

No Monday blues here

How awesome would it be if you did not have to think about official wear? Imagine with me, an office set up where you can wear jeans and your sparkly top? Do you see it in your mind? Does it make you want to smile? Okay now come back to the real world because most corporations will not let you wear your green and pink sequins top. That however does not mean that you have to go to work in drab ill fitting clothes. Check out some of the looks we came up with .

You can wear outfit that is considered NSFW(not safe for work) like this tube jumpsuit by adding a white shirt under it. And voila, you are office ready.

Put together a cute ensemble of the jumpsuit and nude pumps to elevate the look.

Wear a form fitting dress that cinches the waist giving you an hourglass shape and throw in a red lippie for that pop of colour.

With these outfits you not only look professional but you also slay the office. You’re welcome.

BOLD IS GOLD

I have lately been embracing the phrase, go big or go home and this holds true in my styling journey as well. I recently styled my good friend Chao in a very bold look.(Bold for a minimalist like me is very loud colour)

I put together a scarlet red pant suit because I have become obsessed with these of late.

Looking like a whole meal

I paired the suit with a black tee and a black chunky belt to snatch her waist! To top it all off, I added a mustard beret to complete the look . This look has such a vintage vibe and it screams , Hey, I am here and I came to it.

Chao was really feeling herself too.

This look is out of my comfort zone but I totally loved it. This week , I challenge you to style an outfit for yourself that you would not ordinarily wear. I am looking forward to seeing you serve those looks! Until next time, stay bold.
